As a school we are following the advice of the DFE and Public Health England regarding the Coronavirus. At the moment we have no plans to change or cancel any planned activities but we check the latest advice on a daily basis.

Can I respectfully ask that you do not send your child into school with any symptoms of illness. At the moment any child that appears unwell will be sent home. Please could I remind all parents/guardians that it is your responsibility to collect your child from school if we decide they should be at home.

We cannot rely on transport to return the pupils as often they are limited by time or needed for alternative jobs. We had recent cause to enquire about the cost of transporting a pupil home on specialist transport and we were quoted £100!

If we call you because your child is unwell we expect you to make arrangements to collect your child from school as soon as possible. This is part of the agreement between home and school.
