Parent & Pupil Voice

As part of our commitment to ensuring we are working together with our pupils and their parents and carers we use questionnaires to help us find out what everyone thinks.

Parental comments in our most recent survey were overwhelmingly positive. It’s reassuring to read that communication between home and school is really valued and highly rated.

‘Happy place promotes independence with love support and empathy.’
‘Understanding each child inside and out, tailoring activities to meet their individual needs to help them progress.’
‘Friendly and approachable staff who listen and engage with parents, as well as great communication’.
‘My child is safe, secure and confident in the school setting. The school building is up to date and extremely secure.’
‘Communication, a strong sense of community support, a very welcoming school. Staff have a good understanding of the needs of the students.’
‘It is a place where children know they can go & be safe.’
‘They can mix with children with a wide range of disabilities which makes them feel comfortable’
‘Compassionate and genuine with the children and parents’
‘Always there to listen and encourage my child to be at his best’
‘Amazing home/school communication! A real understanding of who my child is and what makes him happy.
