East Riding is working to improve support for young people who are transitioning between children’s and adult’s services.
To support this work we want to get the views and experiences of young people, parents, carers and staff. This helps us clearly understand how you are supported and where we could improve. The survey has been created by IMPOWER, a specialist public sector consultancy who are working with us on this exciting project.
We'd be grateful if you could take the time to complete this survey, which should take no longer than 10 minutes. Please complete the survey as openly and honestly as possible.
