News from the Foxes' den.....
In music this week we have been looking at rhythm and how the rhythm changes in different songs.
Some of the children were taking it in turns to sit at the front of the class with our music teacher Nick, they demonstrated different rhythms using actions. We did some clapping and feet stomping which represented long and short rhythm sounds.
Also this week we looked at some “Brid Big Sing” songs and began practicing ready for the event in the summer. All of the children did some excellent singing and signing and we are already looking forward to seeing them perform.
